Illegal immigrant from French Guiana pleads guilty after stealing the identities of two victims
Jean Claude Casimir, 59, a national of French Guiana residing illegally in Adelphi, Maryland, pled guilty to aggravated identity theft, Social Security fraud, and use of a passport secured by false statements.
